Phelps Activities Council established in 2008 is a Phelps Park & Southside Village Boys and Girls Club neighborhood based 501c3 raising and providing support to help provide structured activities for Phelps/MN Falcons

We believe our kids don't have to be the best but they must do their best at everything.
We believe that properly structured activities help kids structure their lives.
We believe in engaging volunteers who contribute over 10,000 coaching hours a year since 2008.
